About Nicole Peck McPhee

Nicole earned her Juris Doctorate from Western New England School of Law. After law school, she moved to Vermont and was admitted to the Vermont Bar. She is a member of the Rutland County Bar Association.  She has had her law practice since 1996 serving residents of Rutland, Bennington and Windsor Counties.  She serves her community by being a member of the Rutland Regional Medical Center Development Committee which raises money to support special programs at the hospital, and is  a past member of the Rutland Regional Medical Center Patient and Family Advisory Council and was a longtime member of the Rutland Town School Board.   Nicole lives in Rutland Town with her husband, Rodney McPhee, a native of Chittenden and their two children.
